Mail server: Exchange (5.5, 2000, 2003), Postfix, Kerio, GFI Mail essentials.

Antivirus: Symantec Client and Corporate (6,7,8,9,10), Bitdefender client and corporate (8,9), Eset NOD client and corporate. This includes both mail server and file server protection.

Backup Software: Ghost enterprise, acronis true image, Microsoft backup , Symantec Veritas Backup Exec, hand crafted solutions involving rsync and cron.
